Making Your NDIS Experience A Lot Better

Welcome to Lead Community Support Services. A place where everyone is treated equally. Our approach to support is based on best practice and achieving the right outcomes for each individual person. Our personalised care and support services are designed to offer clients’ choices and control over what they do. Developed in line with the National Disability Insurance Act 2013, our services are focused on supporting people to live independently and actively participate in life, based on their choices within their community. It is about each person identifying their own personal goals, choosing the things they enjoy and having control over what they do. We focus on people’s interests, strengths and dreams for the future. We recognise that people should have choice about where and with whom they live, and that people must be supported to be involved in their community as much or as little as they wish. A core part of our work is informed by our values of respect, inclusiveness, integrity, independence and professionalism.
